DreamDwell Properties is looking for an experienced and driven **Sales Manager** to lead and support our real estate sales team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training
- Generate new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Set and track individual and team KPIs
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a sales role (real estate experience preferred)
- Proven sales record with measurable achievements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is must.
