Sales Manager - Project Development

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Drive project sales and revenue generation across assigned developer accounts.
• Develop relationships with developers, brokers, and introducer networks; manage exclusive opportunities with key developers.
• Identify business opportunities in the UAE property market and build domestic broker partnerships to maximize exposure.
• Support international broker relationships where applicable.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and networking activities.
• Maintain awareness of prime and super-prime property sectors and represent company and developer brands professionally.

Candidate requirements

• At least 5 years of UAE real estate sales or project development sales experience; exceptional proven track records may be considered as an exception.
• Proven success in developer sales and exclusive project sales; prime and super-prime property experience is preferred.
• A strong domestic broker network is essential; international broker and domestic introducer networks are advantageous.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic or Russian is highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and professional presentation.
• Able to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai as required.
