Sales Manager – Professional AV & Unified Communications

AVAIL MEA Trading LLC is a value-added distributor of Professional Audio, Visual, Lighting and Control technology solutions across the GCC and Africa Markets.

We work with leading global brands, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers to deliver innovative technology solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth across our Professional AV and UC portfolio.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Build relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end users.

· Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

· Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.

· Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close opportunities.

· Monitor market trends and provide sales forecasts.

· Must be based in Dubai, UAE

· Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are an advantage.

· 2+ years of experience in Professional AV, Unified Communications, IT, or ELV sales.

· Proven track record in sales achievement

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Existing UAE market relationships are an advantage.

· UAE driving license preferred.
