Key Responsibilities Own product sales strategy, order intake, and margins
Lead bid/capture teams and manage tender responses
Provide technical and commercial support for proposals
Build strong customer relationships and manage accounts across the project lifecycle
Conduct market intelligence and support product development
Present solutions to customers and at industry events
marketing partners, and internal teamsCollaborate closely with
Key Requirements MSc or equivalent with proven sales success in marine/port solutions
Strong knowledge of marine industry and port operations
Expertise in solutions (VTS, VTMS, PMIS, SIM, etc.)
Strategic mindset, strong communication, and customer focus
Results-driven, collaborative, and high ownership attitude
