Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the personal care and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and distribution channels within the beauty sector, along with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the personal care or beauty industry
• Strong network within the beauty and cosmetics market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse sales performance and market data
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
