Role overview
Turri Vive is a DHA-licensed aesthetics and wellness clinic in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, offering injectables, IV therapy, laser treatments, and advanced skincare.
The role leads sales growth and the day-to-day flow of the patient journey.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue through referrals, existing clients, Meta leads, a new agency source, and a partner database, with a clear strategy for each group.
- Build and run a CRM and sales system that tracks leads, calls, bookings, and sales.
- Design offers, packages, and the full client journey, and encourage first-time clients to return.
- Lead sales to Russian-speaking clients.
- Coordinate the patient coordinator and telemarketing team with clear targets, scripts, and follow-up routines.
- Keep appointments and patient flow running smoothly, reduce no-shows, and maintain well-filled schedules.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales or client-growth experience in aesthetics, medical, wellness, or other premium services, including small-team leadership.
- Experience building or running a CRM and a client-retention or loyalty programme.
- Fluent Russian and English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfortable with data, WhatsApp and phone sales, and lead channels such as Meta and agencies.
- Hands-on, organised, and focused on results.

- Work is in person at the Turri Vive clinic in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
