Position Overview
The Sales Manager role with [UAE] will lead and grow a high-performing sales team within one of our strategic business areas.
This is a people management role, responsible for leading a focused team and driving sustainable revenue growth across key markets.
The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with hands-on sales expertise and will play a critical role in executing go-to-market strategies, developing talent, and building long-term customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Own and drive regional / portfolio revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Support the team in complex deal cycles, including executive-level customer engagements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, customer success, product) to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes
- Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline health, and business insights to senior leadership
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or sales management role, ideally within technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior customer stakeholders
- Solid business acumen with strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience leading teams across multiple markets or regions
- Background in strategic account sales
- Experience working closely with cross-functional global teams
