ITW Food Equipment Group is hiring a Sales Manager to lead Foster and Gamko commercial growth across the Middle East.
The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, with ownership of the regional market, distributor network, strategic projects, and brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Own regional commercial performance across the Middle East for Foster and Gamko.
- Grow and support distributors, consultants, and design offices.
- Identify and secure new business across retail refrigeration and key accounts.
- Manage projects from specification and quotation through delivery.
- Build relationships with distributors, consultants, and end users.
- Maintain pipelines and forecasts and provide market intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of sales growth in the Middle East.
- Experience managing distributors and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A growth-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to build opportunities from scratch.
- Cultural agility when working with diverse cultures and stakeholders.
- English and Arabic fluency is desirable.
- Food service, hospitality, or refrigeration equipment experience is appreciated.
Workplace and travel
- The role is home-based in the Middle East region and reports to the Export Director.
- This is a high-travel field role requiring 50–70% travel.
