Role Description
The Sales Manager – Luxury Villas is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for driving sales of Glass World’s premium glass and metal solutions to luxury villa projects and high-end residential developments.
This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
The Sales Manager will prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations, coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery, and monitor project pipelines and sales forecasts.
Daily activities include conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, providing product demonstrations and technical insights, tracking market trends, and reporting on sales performance to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development within construction, building materials, glazing, or luxury real estate sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals for high-value projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications related to glass, metal doors, and windows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the U.A.E. construction and luxury property market and local regulatory environment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid U.A.E. driving license and willingness to travel to client locations and project sites as needed.
