Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Take full ownership of overall sales targets in Saudi Arabia, including sales forecasting, target breakdown, and action plan development for MV metal-clad switchgear products.
2. Identify and develop major business opportunities in the power sector, lead and participate in tendering processes, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage the sales team to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred. Strong familiarity with the Saudi power industry, products, and market landscape. Experience with switchgear, MV metal-clad switchgear, and RMU is highly preferred; experience with transformers or other power distribution products is also acceptable.
2. Established and stable customer network within the Saudi power sector, such as utility companies, transmission and distribution companies, and EPC contractors (e.g., power construction and energy engineering companies).
3. Proven sales track record, with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and tender participation to contract signing and payment collection.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with solid sales capability.
5. Arabic and English must both be working languages.
