Role overview
Worood Interiors seeks a Sales Manager to bring in projects, expand its network, and drive growth in interior fitout and joinery.
The company delivers residential, commercial, and corporate interior fitout and joinery solutions in Dubai.
Business development and client relationships
- Win fitout and joinery projects across residential, commercial, corporate, and luxury sectors, using existing industry networks.
- Meet sales targets and build relationships with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings, present solutions, and liaise between clients and design/project teams.
Proposals and project coordination
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate and close deals while maximizing revenue and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain client records, project pipeline information, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, operations, subcontractors, and vendors on feasibility, pricing, timelines, and resources.
Market development and reporting
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities; provide strategic insights to management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
- Report on sales, pipeline, client feedback, conversion, revenue, and acquisition metrics; monitor project progress and client satisfaction.
Candidate requirements
- At least six years of UAE experience in interior fitout or joinery sales is mandatory.
- A proven record of high-value sales and new-client or project generation, plus a strong network among contractors, subcontractors, developers, and corporate clients, is required.
- Fluent Arabic and English are required; Arabic is explicitly mandatory.
- Knowledge of market trends, pricing, and project execution requirements is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus; immediate availability is preferred.
