Job Responsibilities
1.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients within the oil & gas, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
2.
Identify client workforce requirements and promote HR outsourcing, recruitment, and technical staffing solutions.
3.
Build strong client relationships through business development activities, meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
4.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored workforce and outsourcing solutions.
5.
Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, contracts, and conduct business negotiations.
6.
Manage and grow key client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.
7.
Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
8.
Monitor contract performance and support timely collection of payments.
9.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify business opportunities and improve service offerings.
Qualification Requirements
1.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
2.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
3.
Experience
in HR outsourcing, staffing, recruitment services, manpower supply, or technical workforce solutions is preferred.
4.
Exposure to the oil & gas, engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
5.
Proven track record in key account management, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
6.
Knowledge of HR outsourcing processes, labor laws, and employment regulations.
7.
Strong presentation, proposal development, and client engagement skills.
8.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
.
9.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
10.
Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel as required.
11.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and project
