Sales Manager - Hair Care and Professional Salon Products

TCC Trading Company is a growing supplier of professional skin care and hair care products, specializing in hair color, protein treatments, keratin treatments, and salon solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in both hairdressing/hair technology and sales.

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business and achieve sales targets.

Promote and sell professional hair care products, including hair color, protein, and keratin treatments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, beauty centers, distributors, and retail clients.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the professional beauty or hair care industry.

Practical experience as a Hair Technician, Hair Stylist, or Hair Color Specialist.

Strong knowledge of hair color, protein treatments, keratin treatments, and related products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Valid driving license (preferred).

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
