Sales Manager – GCC

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for a personal target, from prospecting through close.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales professionals; support opportunity development.
• Manage pipeline health, activity, performance tracking, and high-impact deal closure.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategy with marketing, product, and customer success.
• Build scalable sales processes and tools, improve productivity and forecasting, and provide regular coaching.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and represent the company at events and client meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• SaaS or technology sales experience is preferred; demonstrated deal-closing and target achievement are required.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong leadership, team development, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• GCC market experience and knowledge of local business culture are required.
• Arabic and business-level English are required.
• Must be willing to work from the Riyadh office and travel within the GCC as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience selling procurement or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Connections or a client base in procurement, construction, or supply chain are a plus.
