Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.

The Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle for water and wastewater treatment solutions, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales plans, preparing proposals and quotations, and conducting client meetings and presentations.

The role involves close collaboration with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution design, pricing, and timely delivery.

The Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts, and regularly report performance and insights to leadership.

The role also includes representing the company at industry events, building long-term client relationships, and supporting post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in water/wastewater treatment, industrial equipment, or related engineering sectors.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, networking, and account management in B2B environments.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including territory planning, target setting, and pipeline management.
  • Solid understanding of technical or engineering concepts, with the ability to interpret client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital channels to manage opportunities and prepare reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
