Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will lead and support a team of real estate sales professionals, set sales targets, and monitor performance against goals.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, and negotiating and closing property sales.
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to optimize listings and campaigns.
The Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, and provide coaching, training, and feedback to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring sales teams and driving performance through clear goals and feedback.
- Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, local regulations, and industry best practices (RERA certification or equivalent is an advantage).
- Comfort with using CRM systems, digital tools, and online listing platforms to manage leads, pipelines, and property portfolios.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Candidate should be based in Dubai and have Dubai experience.
