Our platforms, including **Perk Point (LMS)** and **Gift Card Management Solutions**, empower enterprises, banks, airlines, retailers, and government entities to enhance customer engagement, drive loyalty, and unlock value from rewards.
Role Overview
As **Sales Manager – Loyalty Management & Gift Card Solutions**, you will be responsible for driving **direct sales and partnerships** for our client’s LMS (Perk Point) and Gift Card solutions, primarily targeting **mid-market clients**.
You will work very closely with the Head of Sales to achieve revenue targets and expand our client’s presence across UAE and GCC.
The role requires **hands-on sales experience**, consultative selling skills, and existing access to decision-makers in **mid-market retail brands, malls, new loyalty programs, and emerging enterprises**.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
· Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our client’s business objectives.
· Focus on **new client acquisition** and **expansion within mid-market accounts**.
· Continuously refine sales approach based on market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Direct Sales & Revenue Generation
· Actively sell **Perk Point (LMS)** and **Gift Card Management Solutions** to **mid-market clients** such as malls, retail brands, and new loyalty programs.
· Engage directly with key prospects to close high-value deals.
· Drive pipeline growth and manage negotiations to achieve **quarterly and annual revenue targets**.
Partnership Development & Management
· Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with mid-market loyalty programs, retail chains, malls, and emerging enterprises.
· Leverage our client’s blockchain-driven platform to present compelling value propositions that unlock incremental revenue for partners and our client’s.
Collaborate Across Functions
· Work closely with **Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams** to align sales campaigns, product messaging, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
· Ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction by integrating sales efforts with service delivery.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
· Track opportunities in **CRM tools** and optimize resource allocation to maximize sales outcomes.
Market & Competitive Awareness
· Stay updated on mid-market industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
· Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning.
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
· 5–10 years of sales experience in **SaaS, loyalty management, gift card solutions, or payments**, targeting **mid-market clients**.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in **mid-market segments**.
· Experience selling to **retail brands, malls, new loyalty programs, and emerging enterprises** in UAE/GCC.

· Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive-level presentations.
· Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a **fast-growing, high-growth environment**.
· Ability to convert existing relationships into commercial outcomes in the mid-market.
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
· Closed multiple mid-market deals for **Perk Point (LMS)** and **Gift Card solutions**.
· Established strong relationships with key decision-makers in mid-market segments across UAE/GCC.
· Achieved or exceeded annual sales targets.
· Built a strong pipeline for sustainable revenue growth in the mid-market.
