Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for leading and developing a sales team, setting sales targets, and driving performance across rental, buy & sell, property management, and off-plan services.
Day-to-day tasks include generating and managing leads, building long-term client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.
The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and representing Lux-Sar Properties in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage, preferably in Dubai or similar markets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and performance coaching skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Solid understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions, including rentals, sales, and off-plan projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail across multiple deals and clients.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and industry best practices.
