Role Description
This part-time Sales Manager role is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Sales Manager will identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and institutional supporters, developing relationships that strengthen Dubai VYAP’s programs and events.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and sponsorship packages, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely follow-up.
The role also involves collaborating with the events and communications teams to align sales efforts with upcoming conferences, workshops, and networking activities, and analyzing sales performance to refine outreach strategies.
The Sales Manager will represent Dubai VYAP professionally in meetings and at events, promoting the organization’s value to stakeholders in the legal and arbitration communities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and account management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in client outreach, proposal preparation, and negotiation, preferably within professional services, legal, or arbitration-related organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with practitioners, sponsors, and institutional partners.
- Organizational and planning abilities, including managing a sales pipeline, tracking metrics, and coordinating with internal teams for events and campaigns.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with self-management, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge or interest in international arbitration, legal services, or professional networks is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in common office and CRM tools; additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
