Responsibilities
- **Fast Communication:**
- You’ll be responsible for answering all incoming messages in chat
- within 60 seconds during working hours
- .
- Providing answers to clients.
- You’ll follow the SOPs and will guide clients through the sales process by ensuring they reach the deposit stage and eventually complete their purchases.
- **CRM Management.**
- You will be responsible for updating the CRM system to keep track of all client interactions, sales progress, and important notes.
- Don’t be overwhelmed, the onboarding process will be long and detailed.

- We operate from 10 AM to 10 PM (Dubai Time), so you'll need to be available during these hours.
- You won’t be working nonstop during this time, but you should be ready to answer clients asap during this time.
Requirements
- An extremely stable internet connection
- An iPhone (any model that can support WhatsApp and Airtable) and a laptop
- A backup internet connection and backup power supply to ensure you can answer chats in any conditions
- Experience in luxury product is an advantage
- This position has a three-month probation period; you’ll be fully paid during that time, but the final hiring decision will be made after the three-month period.
