eWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the Forex and Crypto trading industry.
This role will focus heavily on new client acquisition, managing and growing a quality client base, and building solid relationships within the retail and institutional trading market

Key Responsibiliti
- esDrive new client acquisition by actively sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-potential clients for forex, crypto, and CFD tradin
- g.Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and referral
- s.Develop customized sales pitches and presentations aligned with client trading need
- s.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, trading platforms, and competitor offering
- s.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue target
- s.Build strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded clients to encourage trading activity and retentio
- n.Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for managemen
- t.Collaborate closely with marketing and back-office teams to support lead generation campaigns and onboarding processe
- s.Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance requirement

Requireme
