Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Dubai.

The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, from developing strategic plans and identifying potential clients to negotiating contracts and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

include leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong abilities in contract negotiation and revenue generation
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate across multicultural teams
  • Familiarity with global mobility solutions or immigration services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
