Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site

Sales Manager

role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, grow revenue, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Daily responsibilities include setting and monitoring performance goals, coaching team members, conducting sales meetings, and overseeing property listings and viewings.

The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation.

The Sales Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven Dubai Real Estate experience either in Offplan / Rentals / Secondary
  • Must be able to recruit a minimum of 10 agents on seat within 30 days
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and team leadership, in the UAE market.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop diverse sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Dubai and broader UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering equitable, inclusive client service.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
