Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Cloudberry Properties in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales and leasing transactions in the secondary market
- Generate leads and build a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Source and secure exclusive property listings
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Manage the end-to-end transaction process and ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and closing techniques.
- Team leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding sales teams toward achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate trends, market insights, and property valuation.
- Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is highly desirable.
