Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Cloudberry Properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive property sales and leasing transactions in the secondary market
  • Generate leads and build a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Source and secure exclusive property listings
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
  • Manage the end-to-end transaction process and ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and closing techniques.
  • Team leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding sales teams toward achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate trends, market insights, and property valuation.
  • Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is highly desirable.
