Digital Adtech Sales Manager

open doors with global media agencies and leading brands
, and can own the entire sales cycle – from pitching, to closing, to scaling.

The Role

- You’ll be responsible for representing our full adtech stack to agencies and brands across the UAE and wider region, driving revenue growth, and smashing targets (with a competitive

- You will:
- Build and grow relationships with
- global media agencies
- and direct
- brand advertisers
- Lead the full
- sales cycle
- – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales growth
- Represent and position our
- adtech, programmatic, and data solutions
- across multiple verticals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure flawless campaign delivery
- Develop a strong pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit ambitious targets
- Stay plugged into the
- MENA adtech ecosystem
- and identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- **5+ years experience**
- in
- digital media / adtech sales
- (programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement, etc.)
- Proven track record in managing and expanding relationships with
- media agencies and brand marketers
- Strong understanding of
- programmatic advertising, audience data, and measurement tools
- Existing network in the
- UAE / MENA agency & brand ecosystem
- is a big plus
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and ready to thrive in a
- fast-moving scale-up
- environment
