Position: Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate and convert leads for UAE business setup and corporate services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Reqirements
- **5–7 years of experience** in Sales, Business Development, or Team Handling.
- Experience in **Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or B2B Sales** will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage a team and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
