We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead and manage a team of **7+ Sales Executives** and drive business growth in the Apparel, Printing, and Uniform Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage a sales team of more than 7 salespersons.
- Generate new business opportunities, leads, and customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements
- Strong experience in **Apparel, Uniforms, Printing, Branding, or Promotional Products Industry**.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and business development.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Own visa preferred.
