Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships across the UAE. The role involves managing the full sales cycle while contributing to the overall sales strategy and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support and guide junior sales team members when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
