We're now looking for a **Sales Manager in Dubai** to lead our expansion across the GCC region.

What you'll do

  • Grow and own a client portfolio across the UAE and GCC through meetings, events, and tailored pitches, positioning K&A as a trusted Gulf IT talent partner
  • Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5+ years), negotiate terms, and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with our Nordic and Gulf consultant network to match senior IT talent with complex client needs
  • Work independently with flexible hours, structuring your weeks around client impact and results, not face time
  • Who you are
  • A self-driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment
  • You care about both sides, helping clients succeed and enabling IT consultants to do meaningful work
  • Proven track record in solution sales or business development, ideally in IT consulting, recruitment, or tech
  • Fluent in English (essential), Arabic is a strong advantage, Swedish or Danish is a plus
  • Based in Dubai and comfortable with regular in-person client meetings across the GCC
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, transparency, and a direct link between effort and earnings
