About The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team based in Dubai.
Requirements
- A university degree in a technology-related field (mandatory: Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or related fields).
- 10 years of experience in the information technology sector or related areas.
Desired Skills
We are looking for a senior executive with a global mindset, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills to lead the international expansion of our electronic invoicing platform in key markets (fluency in English at the C1-C2 level is required).
Responsibilities
- Take on challenges and expand into new markets: identify and attract customers, focusing on the value proposition of our services.
- **Opportunity Qualification:**
- Assess the interest and potential of each opportunity.Strategic Alliances: Identify and negotiate high-impact alliances with distribution channels, integrators, technology partners, associations, chambers of commerce, and regulatory bodies to drive scalability.Expansion: Lead market launch processes in newregions.Strategy: Contribute to the definition of sales strategies and the continuous improvement of sales processes.
- **Closing deals:**
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage to meet sales targets.
- **Sales cycle management:**
- From prospecting and negotiation through contract closing and the implementation of electronic invoicing projects, in coordination with technical teams.
- **Representation:**
- Represent the company at trade shows, forums, and business events.
- **Agreements:**
- Negotiate and close distribution, licensing, or collaboration agreements.KPI Management: Establish and track local and international sales KPIs.Leadership: Hire, train, and manage local sales staff as needed.
