Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and driving revenue growth for label sticker printing and related services.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts in alignment with company policies.
The role involves close collaboration with production and operations teams to ensure accurate order specifications, realistic delivery timelines, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, maintain CRM records, provide sales forecasts, and contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives that support business development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong new business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and reliable follow-up.
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to manage opportunities.
- Comfort working with pricing, quotations, and basic commercial calculations to prepare accurate proposals.
- Familiarity with printing or label production processes is an advantage, with willingness to learn technical details.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards and resolving issues proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
