As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and develop our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular coaching.
- Support agents throughout the sales process and help close high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- **3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales,**
- with leadership or management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
