Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting the company’s HR and recruitment services.

Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The role also involves tracking sales performance, forecasting revenues, and collaborating with internal teams (such as marketing and operations) to align offerings with client needs.

The Sales Manager will regularly analyze market trends, provide feedback on client requirements, and represent the company at relevant events or meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within HR services, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients at different organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of the GCC or Middle East labor market; familiarity with the Saudi job market is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Dubai, managing time effectively in a part-time schedule, and collaborating with remote and local colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM tools or similar systems to manage client information and activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and a customer-focused mindset.
