The well known furniture manufacturing LLC is looking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the furniture manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the furniture market, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align sales with manufacturing capabilities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and products.
Required Skills
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Client relationship management and networking expertise.
Knowledge of market trends and sales techniques in the furniture sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in sales, preferably in furniture manufacturing or a related industry.
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
