Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales cycle for IntelliKran PLC and related solutions, including lead generation, qualification, product presentations, and closing deals.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and partners, as well as identifying new market opportunities in the material handling sector.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities, prepare proposals, and support customers with tailored configurations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, preparing sales reports, participating in industry events, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience selling industrial automation, material handling, or technology solutions, with the ability to understand PLC and edge computing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, customer-focused language.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams (technical, product, and operations).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with sales forecasting and use of CRM tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, travel to customer locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in the Middle East industrial or construction sectors and fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
