About Agro Bridge Feeds
Agro Bridge Feeds is a UAE-based agricultural commodity trading company focused on supplying forage, animal feed, and feed ingredients across the GCC.
Our objective is to build a reliable supply network connecting leading international producers with dairy farms, feed manufacturers, livestock operations, and distributors throughout the region.
We are currently establishing our operations and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to play a key role in building the commercial foundation of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute directly to the company’s growth and long-term strategy.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy from day one.
This role requires an experienced professional with strong industry knowledge, an existing network within the animal feed and forage sector, and the ability to develop both supplier and customer relationships across the GCC.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable taking ownership of business development, supplier management, and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy.
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers across the UAE and wider GCC region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dairy farms, livestock producers, feed mills, distributors, and trading companies.
- Develop and manage relationships with international suppliers of alfalfa hay, forage products, grains, and feed ingredients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with suppliers and customers.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities into recurring business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate offers, and coordinate commercial discussions.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure successful execution of customer orders.
- Monitor commodity market trends, freight movements, and competitor activities.
- Identify new products and sourcing opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Represent the company during supplier meetings, customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular commercial updates to management.
- Contribute to the company’s long-term growth strategy and expansion into new markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in animal feed, forage, agricultural commodities, or livestock nutrition.
- Demonstrated experience trading or selling products such as Alfalfa Hay, forage, grains, or related feed ingredients.
- Strong understanding of international trade, import/export documentation, Incoterms, and commodity logistics.
- Experience managing supplier relationships as well as customer accounts.
- Established network within the animal feed, forage, dairy, livestock, or agricultural commodity sectors.
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term commercial partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Commercially driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of business growth.
- Experience within GCC markets is highly desirable.
