Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive luxury property sales, build and manage client relationships, and lead our growing sales team.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing, while representing the Divine LiWING brand at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert high-net-worth leads across Dubai's luxury residential and commercial market
Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, investors, developers, and brokers
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Maintain deep knowledge of Dubai market trends, pricing, and key developments
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in the sales leads tracker
Represent Divine LiWING at networking events and roadshows
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (essential)
Proven track record of closing luxury property deals
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of Dubai's prime residential areas and developers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
