Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and strengthen key relationships across the UAE. This role requires ownership of the entire sales process while contributing to overall revenue strategy and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outreach, networking, and client engagement.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Monitor market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance overall team output.
Requirements
- Solid experience in sales or business development, preferably within B2B industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients and close deals effectively.
- Highly driven, proactive, and focused on results.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
