Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, leading business development initiatives, and driving revenue growth.

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in achieving organizational objectives, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team toward sustained success.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Establish sales objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute annual sales plans and business development strategies.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and long-term business relationships.
  • Expand the company’s customer base through networking, referrals, market research, and industry engagement.
  • Explore new market segments and revenue streams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and close strategic business deals.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Review and approve sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Analyze sales data and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure efficient use of CRM systems and sales management tools.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales effectiveness.

Market Expansion & Representation

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and business presence within the UAE and regional markets.
  • Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to support business growth.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates to senior management.
  • Monitor budgets and sales expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum
  • 5–8 years of experience
  • in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Minimum
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Management or Leadership role.
  • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
