Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales Manager will oversee the real estate sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The role involves mentoring and training sales consultants, conducting regular market and competitor analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting of pipeline and sales activities.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align campaigns, improve customer experience, and uphold company standards of service, compliance, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage, with prior leadership or team management responsibilities.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, closing, and conflict resolution in a sales environment.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic digital platforms for lead management and follow-up.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales teams toward achieving individual and group targets.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus, with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of the GCC or Doha real estate market is highly desirable; previous UAE or Qatar experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an asset.
  • Valid driving license and ability to attend property viewings and client meetings across Doha as needed.
