Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager for Digital Marketing and Technology Solutions to join our team immediately.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the digital marketing or technology solutions sector.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing products and services, including PPC, SEO, social media strategies, and website development.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in conducting market research, business planning, and data analysis to design effective sales strategies.
- Project and Client Management: Experience in overseeing project timelines, managing client expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Adaptability and Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teams, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and prior experience in a similar role in the digital or tech industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a passion for technology and marketing trends.
