Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating property sales through the Dubai brokerage community, developing strong relationships with real estate agencies, and leading sales initiatives to achieve and exceed company targets.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Dubai real estate, a strong broker network, and a proven track record of sales success.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agency owners across Dubai.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's broker network.
  • Promote and sell Mr.8 Developments projects to brokers, investors, and end-users.
  • Conduct project presentations, roadshows, and sales meetings.
  • Negotiate and close property sales transactions.

Broker Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with key brokerage firms.
  • Ensure brokers are fully informed about project details, payment plans, and sales incentives.
  • Organize broker events, training sessions, and networking activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with brokers to maximize project exposure and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
  • Strong network of active real estate brokers and agencies in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of achieving property sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan real estate market.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly professional.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
