Role Overview
An engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager.
The role focuses on generating new business and securing residential and villa projects.
Requirements
- Proven sales or business development experience in real estate, property development, construction, or engineering consultancy.
- A proven track record of securing projects and bringing in new clients.
- UAE experience is required.
- Previous experience with real estate development companies is highly preferred.
- An Abu Dhabi real estate network and strong market relationships are advantageous.
- Abu Dhabi market experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills are required.
Work and Responsibilities
- Work is office-based with regular client meetings and business development activities across Abu Dhabi.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1.00 to AED 2.00 per month.
Work Location
