Adria Business & Technology is a leading banking software editor and integrator specializing in digital transformation solutions for financial institutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
Our solutions are deployed in more than 75 financial institutions across 20+ countries, including some of the largest banking groups in Africa and the Middle East.
As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for experienced Sales Managers to strengthen our presence in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are seeking high-performing sales professionals with a proven track record in selling banking software solutions to banks and financial institutions.
This position is dedicated to professionals who have already sold banking products such as:
• Banking Integration Solutions
- 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Develop and execute the sales strategy within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle
- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful engagements
- Represent Adria during industry events, conferences, and banking forums
- Achieve and exceed commercial targets
Required Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales
- Mandatory experience selling banking software solutions to banks and financial institutions
- Strong network within the banking sector in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or the Middle East
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
