Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Manage inventory turnover and coordinate with Procurement and Marketing to support sales activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum **5 years of experience** in automotive sales.
Minimum **2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager**.
**Experience in new car dealerships or automotive showrooms is mandatory.**
**Candidates with experience outside the automotive industry will not be considered.**
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
Excellent knowledge of the Saudi automotive market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driving license.
Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
