Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage inventory turnover and coordinate with Procurement and Marketing to support sales activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum **5 years of experience** in automotive sales.
  • Minimum **2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager**.
  • **Experience in new car dealerships or automotive showrooms is mandatory.**
  • **Candidates with experience outside the automotive industry will not be considered.**
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Saudi automotive market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
