About Agro Bridge Feeds
Agro Bridge Feeds is a UAE-based agricultural commodity trading company focused on supplying forage, animal feed, and feed ingredients across the GCC.
Our objective is to build a reliable supply network connecting leading international producers with dairy farms, feed manufacturers, livestock operations, and distributors throughout the region.
We are currently establishing our operations and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to play a key role in building the commercial foundation of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute directly to the company’s growth, market presence, and long-term strategy.
IMPORTANT: Industry Experience Required
This role is exclusively for professionals with direct experience in the animal feed, forage, livestock, dairy farming, feed manufacturing, agricultural commodities, or animal nutrition sectors.
Candidates from unrelated industries such as general FMCG, retail, real estate, banking, telecom, automotive, logistics, construction, pharmaceuticals, software, or other non-agricultural sectors
will not be considered.
If you do not have direct experience selling or trading animal feed, forage products, feed ingredients, agricultural commodities, or working with livestock, dairy farms, feed mills, or agricultural customers, please refrain from applying.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy from day one.
This role requires an experienced professional with deep industry knowledge, an established customer network, and the ability to build strong relationships with both suppliers and customers across the GCC.
The successful candidate will take ownership of business development, supplier management, customer acquisition, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers including dairy farms, livestock farms, feed mills, distributors, and agricultural trading companies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate recurring business.
- Develop and manage relationships with international suppliers of forage products, animal feed, grains, and feed ingredients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial agreements, and supply arrangements with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales forecasts.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure and repeat business.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and successful order execution.
- Monitor commodity market trends, competitor activities, freight movements, and supply-demand dynamics.
- Identify new products, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, supplier visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Provide regular commercial reporting and market intelligence to management.
- Contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy and regional expansion plans.
Industry Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum
- 6 years of experience
- in animal feed, forage, agricultural commodities, livestock nutrition, dairy farming, feed manufacturing, or related agricultural sectors.
- Proven experience selling, trading, sourcing, or managing commercial activities involving one or more of the following: (
- Alfalfa Hay, Timothy Hay, Barley, Maize (Corn), Soybean Meal
- , Canola Meal, DDGS, Silage, Feed Ingredients, Other forage and feed commodities)
- Existing network within dairy farms, livestock farms, feed mills, agricultural traders, distributors, feed manufacturers, or animal nutrition businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of international trade, procurement, import/export documentation, Incoterms, and commodity logistics.
- Experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements with both suppliers and customers.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within GCC markets.
- Existing customer relationships in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, or Kuwait.
- Experience importing and trading agricultural commodities from international suppliers.
