SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Sales Manager for heavylift and transport projects Are you a people person who thrives on helping to solve challenges?

Our sales teams are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best possible Mammoet service, maintaining strong relationships and quickly identifying how we can best meet their needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and manage business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, project owners, and key stakeholders
• Identify upcoming projects, shutdowns, turnarounds, and heavy lift or transportation opportunities
• Review RFQs, scopes of work, drawings, and technical requirements
• Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Work with Engineering and Operations to develop safe, practical, and competitive execution solutions
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract clarifications
• Manage the sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and opportunity follow-up
• Ensure proper commercial and technical handover of awarded projects to the execution team
• Monitor market developments, competitors, and upcoming project opportunities
• Support achievement of sales, order intake, revenue, and profitability targets
• Represent Mammoet during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management
• Experience in heavy lifting, specialized transportation, logistics, construction, Oil & Gas, EPC, or related industries
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to understand technical scopes, drawings, and project requirements
• Experience in tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Operations, Projects, and Commercial teams
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and result-oriented mindset
• Good understanding of the Saudi Arabian industrial and project market is preferred
