- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned portfolio across our UAE operations. In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards, processes, and customer service excellence. You will play a key role in achieving business targets while creating a high-performance culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action to improve results where needed.
- Implement sales strategies and business plans to deliver operational and commercial objectives.
- Ensure sales processes are followed consistently and customer concerns are resolved effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Develop team capability through regular product knowledge sharing, training, and performance reviews.
