Sales Manager – Data Analytics & AI Solutions

Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth across the UAE market.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing data analytics and AI solutions business, helping organisations turn complex data into actionable business insights.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects through to pitching, negotiation, and closing.

The role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with experience selling analytics, BI, SaaS, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions to senior decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle across enterprise and mid-market clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build and execute tailored go-to-market strategies to engage key decision-makers.
  • Sell data analytics, BI, AI, and business intelligence solutions to clients across sectors such as finance, real estate, healthcare, and professional services.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and solution-led demos, clearly articulating the value of data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations to secure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with delivery, analytics, product, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and developments across data analytics, AI, BI, and digital transformation.

• What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of selling technology, SaaS, data analytics, BI, AI, or digital transformation solutions.

Skills

  • Strong UAE market experience and an existing network of enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Experience selling consultative, solution-led services rather than purely transactional products.
  • Excellent English communication skills are a must.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with the ability to open doors and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, data platforms, or AI-led business solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Experience selling into industries such as retail, finance, real estate, healthcare, or professional services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred
