Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, managing client relationships, supporting agents in closing deals, and ensuring proper use of CRM systems and sales processes.

The Sales Manager will also work closely with management, marketing, and listing teams to improve lead conversion, property exposure, and overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market; Abu Dhabi real estate experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales management, team leadership, and performance coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, client management, property transactions, and developer relationships.
  • Ability to lead a team, set targets, monitor KPIs, and improve sales performance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical business practices.
